 The
SQLM Pliers-Type Riveting
Tool is a special
tool for riveting
blind rivet.
The tool is compact
in structure, small
in dimension and easy
to carry. It is an
indispensable tool
for maintenance or
small scale riveting,
especially suitable
to riveting in small
or narrow working
place under no power
supply.
Operation Instructions:
The appropriate nosepiece
of the riveting tool
should be used according
to the dimension of
rivet to be used.
When riveting, insert
the mandrel of rivet
into the nosepiece
of the riveting tool,
then insert the rivet
into the hole of workpiece
to be riveted, keep
the head of the tool
perpendicular to the
workpiece. While the
two handles are gripped
tightly, the rivet
immediately expands
and the workpiece
is sturdily fastened. |

 The
Double-handle Manually
Operated Insert Nut
Riveting Tool is a
special tool for riveting
insert nut. It is
applicable to riveting
insert nuts of which
diameter are M5-M8.
When drawing and riveting,
the bolt chunk required
should be replaced
on the head of the
riveting tool, and
then pull apart the
two handles, draw
out the driving handle
in the middle, put
an insert nut of appropriate
size onto the bolt
on the head of the
tool and place them
into the hole drilled
in the workpiece.
After that, push on
the driving handle
and the bolt will
screw by itself into
the threaded hole
of insert nut. By
gripping two handles
tightly, then insert
nut expands immediately
and fastens the workpiece.
Draw out the driving
handle again, and
the bolt on the head
of the tool will then
escape from the threaded
hole. |

Then push the trigger,
the riveting tool
begins to work. When
the mandrel breaks,
release the trigger,
the workpiece is fastened.
The broken part of
mandrel will discharge
of itself from the
nosepiece and riveting
is finished. |
