Manually
Operated
Insert
Nut
Riveting
Tool
is
a
special
tool
for
riveting
insert
nut.
It
is
light
in
weight,easy
to
carry
and
noiseless
during
operation,
and
can
be
operated
without
the
necessity
for
sophisticated
devices
and
proficient
skill.
In
order
to
meet
the
needs
of
customers,
the
manually
operated
riveting
tool
is
provided
with
interchangeable
drawing
bolts
to
rivets
nuts
of
which
diameter
is
M3-M4.
When
using
the
manually
operated
riveting
tool,
draw
out
the
handle
completely,
put
an
insert
mut
of
appropriate
size
onto
the
bolt
on
the
head
of
the
tool
and
then
push
on
the
handle.
At
the
time
the
handle
is
pushed,
the
bolt
rotates
of
itself
and
screws
into
the
threaded
hole
of
insert
nut.
Then,
place
the
insert
nut
into
the
drilled
hole
of
workpiece
and
squeeze
with
the
handle.
By
this
means,
the
insert
nut
expands
immediately
and
fastens
the
workpiece.
Draw
out
the
handle,
the
bolt
on
the
head
of
the
tool
will
be
released
from
the
threaded
hole
of
the
insert
nut.
When
using
the
riveting
tool,
the
end
surface
of
the
tool
must
be
perpendicular
to
the
workpiece
so
as
to
make
the
riveted
workpiece
sturdy
and
neat.
When
pushing
on
the
handle,
what
you
should
do
is
to
push,
but
not
to
tap,
in
order
to
prevent
the
threads
of
the
bolt
from

It

riveting

converts

hydraulic

by

valve

Operation
Instructions:
Connect
air
supply
before
operation.
Insert
a
lockbolt
into
the
hole
of
workpiece
to
be
riveted
when
the
desired
air
pressure
has
been
attainted.
Put
on
a
collar
and
insert
the
tail-end
of
lockbolt
into
the
head
of
riveting
tool.
Then,
pull
the
trigger
of
the
tool
and
hold
the
head
against
the
collar
until
the
lockbolt
is
broken
at
the
breakneck
groove.Release
the
trigger
after
completion
of
riveting
and
the
nose
piece
will
get
out
of
the
collar
by
itself.
The
residue
of
broken
lockbolt
will
discharge
of
itself
from
the
rear
of
the
head
of
riveting
tool. |

Operation
