Mica Heater Plate

Mica Heater Plate

Properties and usages:

Mica material for hearing equipment is a kind of platelike made of muscovite paper mixed with proper adhesive after pressed and baked. It possesses good mechanical strength and property of heat resistance. It can be used within 550-800oC for a long time. Now it has been widely used in metallurgy, chemical engineering and electric industries, etc. It is also used as high temperature insulate for electric heater and other electric heating devices. the quality of our product is stable and reliable and its characteristics have reached or partilally surpassed the international standart (IEC and UL).

Mica Paper

Mica Paper is made by thermal chemical treatment or hydraulic separation process using the best quality of muscovite and hplogpite, which is first reduced to pulp and then made into the form of paper either in rolls in sheets.

According to its different manufacturing process, our mica paper models include: MPM(501), MPM2(502), MPM3-B(505) ,MPM3-1(506),507 and MPM4(P506)
