The main raw material is slag or other natural ore.It is melted under high temp for getting fibres and then mixed with adequate bonding agents,processed and stitched by industrial sewing machine,then faced with wire mesh,steel plate mesh or glass fibre cloth.It is used for thermal insulation of storing tank,container and large-size pipe lines.Its production is up to the Chinese National standard GB11835 and the technical data are described as follows:

The main raw material of ABM mineral wool plates is slag or other natural ore etc.It is manufactured through obtaining the fibre by the centrifugal force from the melted raw material under high temperature,then mixed with adequate bonding agents,solidified and processed.It is used as a thermal insulation and acoustical material for industrial equipment,constructions and ship buildings.

It's production is up to Chinese National standard GB11835 and its technical data are described as following.

Transportation & Storage  
1.It must be transported in dry carriage with covering,or boxes or carge hold of ship.

2.It must be stored separately according to the sorts and size of plates and placed in drying and good ventilating warehouse.

3.It must be avoided pressing during transporting and storing.
